Granulator Introduction:

In the pharmaceutical industry, granulation refers to a process in which primary powder particles are made to adhere to form larger multi particles which are called granules. It is the process of collecting particles together by creating bonds between them. Bonds are formed by compression or by using a binding agent. Granulation is extensively used in the manufacturing of tablets and pellets. The Granulator Fabricator combines one or more powder particles and forms a granule that will allow a granular process to be within required limits. This way by the repeatable process is quality tablets or pellets can be produced using Granulator equipment.

Granulator Fabrication Size:

350mm x 800mm x 150mm x 3mm thick stainless steel material, or if it required customize size and need, it will be made as per new customize drawing and specification.

As Granulator fabrication is a job of pharmaceutical industries, it must be made with 304quality stainless steel food grade material

Granulator Fabrication Detail:

The housing fabricated in four parts, stainless steel food grade 304quality. In importance of fabrication is the looks & finish buffing of outside & inside. Machine should fit to side spout & a conveyor lines should connect to bottom spout of granulator.

Granulator is fitted between the production line & conveyor lines. The granulation process is used to form granules. Forming granules without requires compacting and identifying the powders. In this process, the primary powder particles are aggregated under high pressure.
