For the smooth product flowing and internal cleaning purpose rectangular corner are fabricated precisely with taper bending of TIG welding and finally smooth grinding done on the product with high end finishing. For applications in the pharmaceutical food industry the surface qualities have been further improved with internal finish 1.2Ra and external finish with 1.8Ra. Housing Double Row Drawer required skilled workmanship in the fabrication of front flange straightness, to keep away distended welding impression on back side of the double support rails and making joint of cone neck to bottom pipe end.
